Is this city a strong market right now? Each metro is scored on deal flow depth, aggregate rental yield, entry affordability, and signal quality across its ZIP codes. A weak metro means even "good" neighborhoods are swimming against the current.

Check the ZIP

Does this neighborhood have conviction? Every ZIP is scored against the national distribution on transaction momentum, rental yield, and entry price. A High Conviction ZIP sits in the top 15% nationally. If the ZIP lacks conviction, the listing price is irrelevant.

Grade the Listing

Is this specific property priced well relative to its local market? Housing Grades scores every active listing against its ZIP median, so you can see instantly whether the asking price represents a genuine value or just a good neighborhood at a bad entry point.

The logic is causal and layered. Metro strength determines whether a city has enough momentum to support investment at all. ZIP conviction tells you whether this specific neighborhood is outperforming within that metro. And the listing grade tells you whether this particular property is priced below what the neighborhood actually commands. Each layer must pass for the deal to hold up.
